We offer a range of gourmet bouquets and gift baskets to suit individuals and corporate clients.

After ordering, you will receive an email to confirm that order.
Online Credit Card Payments:
We accept Master Card and Visa Card (free of any credit card surcharge).
To protect against credit card fraud, all orders are processed manually. Please ensure that all details are correct and match the information on your credit card statement. If not, we cannot process your order.
Should your credit card be declined, we will notify you via the contact details you supply.
Your security and privacy are very important to us. We use a Fully Encrypted SSL Secure Server.
No credit card or customer details are stored online or in an unsecured manner.
If you prefer to send credit card details by mail, please print the payment page containing the required details and mail to PO Box 437, Ferny Hills DC, Qld 4055, Australia, or fax to (07).3851-3562.
Please Note:
Goods damaged in transit may be replaced free of charge under certain circumstances.
Please contact us at sales@candybouquet.net.au should you be dissatisfied with any item within 3 days of receipt of order so that we can quickly resolve any problem.
Orders must not be returned without contacting us first. Items must be returned at the buyer’s expense, in original condition and accompanied by a copy of the relevant invoice and full contact details.
No responsibility will be taken for orders lost in transit.
